U90C SPORTS is proud to be offering a program that is the 1^st of its kind here to the North Texas Soccer Referee Community. 

• As a part of the U90C SPORTS family, we want to show you our appreciation and reward you for being a part of our team.

• Additionally, we want to incentivize you to progress / advance in your officiating journey.

• At the end of each season (Fall / Spring), the data (each referees assignments executed) will be processed and a “average # of games assigned per weekend” for each individual referee will be determined.
• That average # will then be multiplied by the “average Center rate” (described below).
• This dollar amount will be your ‘end-of-season’ bonus.
• The result: You have the opportunity to essentially earn an entire weekend’s worth of refereeing (based on your season average) as a BONUS PAYOUT.

• On average, there are 18 weekends of league play during a U90C League season (9 Fall / 9 Spring).
• We know you have the option to pick up multiple assignments throughout the weekend (internal data shows a high-end pick-up rate of 12 games per weekend, or 6 per day).
• Inside of U90C League Play, when averaging against each age group / play format, the average Center rate is $40 per game.
• Currently there are multiple levels of referee grades recognized by the Federation. We know that most referees in our leagues fall within 2 categories:
  • Grassroots (formerly: 9, 8, 7)
  • Regional (formerly: 6, 5)
• Regional Level receive 100% Bonus Payout
• Grassroots Level receive 85% Bonus Payout
• *REQUIREMENT: Weekend average must equate to 6 games per weekend (averaged over entire league season) in order to receive bonus
