We have created some terms and conditions (the Rules) which set out the terms for your use of U90C Sports social media community, which currently covers comments on U90C Sports and its subsidiaries Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts (the Community).

We strive to create a positive digital space (the Content) for our Community and encourage you to share content (Contribution) via the Community in accordance with these Rules.

Please read the following Rules carefully, as they provide information about using the Community in a way that is respectful and positive. By using, or submitting material to, the Community you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to abide by these Rules.

Use Standards

The primary purpose of the social media channels for U90C Sports and its subsidiaries is to celebrate our teams, players and their accomplishments (the Content). Our aim is to create a positive community.

Moderation of the Community

We strive to create a positive digital space (the Content) for our Community and encourage you to share content (Contribution) via the Community in accordance with these Rules and Use Standards.  To help us do that, we try to monitor the Community during normal US business hours (9am-5pm CT, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). We attempt to check that all submissions to the Community comply with our acceptable Use Standards as soon as reasonably practicable after publication.

If, in our opinion, an individual makes use of the Community in breach of these Rules, we reserve the right to remove, or to disable access to, any Contribution, or delete contributions to the Community without prior warning.

Minors

With the understanding that the U90C Sports Community may be used by individuals under the age of 18, it is suggested that Minors get permission from their parent or guardian before using the Community. We recommend that parents who allow their children to use the Community discuss online safety with their children first and that parents monitor any use of the Community. Minors should also be directed on how to use the Community safely and in a way that complies with these Rules

Media Usage

PICTURES AND VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN AT U90C SPORTS EVENTS. By registering for any U90C Sports Event (tournament or league), a team representative has agreed to represent the entire team. To include but not limited to: your soccer club, coach(s), players, parents, friends, and family members in attendance with your team. Upon completion of registration for any U90C Sports Event, the team representative has granted the rights to U90C Sports and its sponsors and/or vendors to film, photograph, and videotape or otherwise capture footage (the “Recording”) at the event and any related activities. The team representative has further granted to U90C Sports and its sponsors and/or vendors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual right to use any of your team’s AND soccer club’s trademarks, trade names and/or logos depicted in any Recording. U90C Sports and its sponsors and/or vendors shall solely and exclusively own and control all right, title and interest in and to the Recordings and all exploitation thereof, in all media worldwide, in perpetuity.
